Reset PIV Key Card for an Employee

If an employee loses or has their PIV key card stolen, you can reset and create a new key card for the user as an Admin.

Step 1: Log into the Enterprise under the Employees module

Step 2: Select a specific Employee

Step 3: Open the profile settings of the Employee

Step 4: Select Two-factor authentication

Step 5: Reset 2FA authentication
