Team Training

If you have a Direct Manager in SkyHive and Team Training enabled, you may notice this new section, Training module. 

This may contain a curated list of training that your manager has added. 

Team Training Tab 

Step 1: Select the Training menu from the left-hand menu, followed by Team Training.

Step 2: Once you have selected Start, the Training will be assigned to you. 

Core Skills Tab

Step 1: You can also find Team Training under the Core Skills tab within your profile. 

These are skills defined by your Manager at a Department level and broken into the following categories:

Step 2: Selecting Find Team Training will take you to the Team Training tab under Training & Development.
