Two-Step Authentication

If your Enterprise has Multi-Factor Authentication enabled, you will be require a two-factor OTP authentication. 

 

Existing Users 

If you're an existing user will be required to set up their Two-Factor Authentication.

  1. You will be required to download a two-factor authenticator app of your choice. 
  2. You must scan the QR Code below or enter the code below manually. 
  3. Once You have scanned their code or manually input it, they must enter a unique 6-digit through the authenticator app.

Once successfully entered, you will receive a message of Setup Complete

To reset these settings, visit Profile Settings > Two Factor Authentication > Reset 2FA Authentication.

New Users 

The user will select your password first if you sign in for the first time and Single Sign-On is not implemented.

Next, they will be required to set up their Two-Factor Authentication.

Trouble Signing In 

If a user is having trouble signing in, there is an option to select "Having trouble signing in?"

This will be sent a recovery code to their email address.

This Recovery Code must be entered, followed by the Verify Code.
