Owners can now enable Multi-Factor Authentication under Advanced Settings > Employees > Multi-Factor Authentication.
- When Enabled, all users of the Enterprise will require two-factor OTP authentication.
- When Disabled, all users of the Enterprise will continue using their passwords.

Existing Users
Existing users will be required to set up their Two-Factor Authentication.
- Users will be required to download a two-factor authenticator app of their choice.
- Users must scan the QR Code below or enter the code below manually.
- Once users have scanned their code or manually inputted it, they must enter a unique 6-digit through the authenticator app.
Once successfully entered, the user will receive a message of Setup Complete.
Users must visit Profile Settings > Two Factor Authentication > Reset 2FA Authentication to reset these settings.
New Users
The user will select their password first if they sign in for the first time and Single Sign-On is not implemented.
Next, they will be required to set up their Two-Factor Authentication.
- Users will be required to download a two-factor authenticator app of their choice.
- Users must scan the QR Code below or enter the code below manually.
- Once users have scanned their code or manually inputted it, they must enter a unique 6-digit through the authenticator app.
Trouble Signing In
If a user is having trouble signing in, there is an option to select "Having trouble signing in?"
This will be sent a recovery code to their email address.
This Recovery Code must be entered, followed by Verify Code.
