Improvements

Improved: Employee Profile Settings | Password Reset Disabled

If Single Sign On has been enabled, we have created a new ability for Owners to disable the Password Request Button from profiles.

When disabled, the option to Request Password Reset is greyed out.

Improved: Matches and Candidates Counts Changed for Managers 

Under Talent Acquisition > Job Overview, Manager users will no longer be able to view the Match and Candidate numbers.

New Features

Added: Hide Archived Employees 

Under Advanced Settings > Employees, we have introduced a new "Visibility settings for Employee > Archived Tab" setting.

This allows Owners to decide the visibility of the Archived Tab in the Employee Module will be affected.

Options:

• Manager+ (default)
• HRAdmin+
• Owners+

Behaviour:

• Manager+: Will have access to the Archive Tab. 
• HRAdmin+: The Manager role no longer has Archive Tab access; only HRAdmin and above.
• Owners+: Manager and HRAdmin no longer have Archive Tab: only Owners. 

Example: Manager viewing Employees when HRAdmin + is set. (They are unable to view the Archived Tab)

When Training doesn't require approval based on the approval settings, the button has been changed to "Start."

Improved: Editing General Information 

When the Employee Setting of "Allow Employees to Edit Their General Information" is disabled, all employee editing options will now be greyed out.

Note: Owners can only disable this setting.

Improved: Change Label for 'Extended Skills' to 'Skills to Train' 

The label changed from Extended Skills to Skills to Train when selecting a Job Match under Job Opportunities > Internal or External Matches to ensure consistency.

Improved: Course Catalog Visibility for Managers 

Course Catalog remains visible for Managers in Manager View, but we have hidden the Add New Course and "More Actions" buttons for this user type.

We have hidden the Edit, Download Excel, and Delete options from the three-dot menu.

Assign Training is the only option available.
