New Features
Added: Employee Profile Resume Extraction Option
Employees can re-upload their resumes as part following workflow:
Employee Profile > More Actions > Resume Extractions
Note: Re-uploading a resume will overwrite all current work experience, education, credentials, and publications. Skills remain intact.
Video Walk-Through
Added: Enterprise Structure | Department Core Skills
Under Enterprise Structure > Department view, an Admin can add and assign a Manager to one.
Note: The Manager section will be hidden if no Manager is added.
Core Skills can also be assigned to a Department, which is a way to measure how each employee assigned matches these Core Skills.
Skills Match will now be visible for each employee assigned to the Department, which displays how their skills match the Core Skills defined at a Department level.
Selecting the blue arrow to the left of an employee will display the skills shared, partial skills and skills left to train.
Note: If Core Skills are not defined, Employees will be a 100% match by default.
Added: Access to Additional SkyHive Modules
For Manager + users only, a new icon appears in the top navigation bar, providing access to an additional SkyHive module in a new tab.
- Clicking on Answers will take you to https://apps.skyhive.ai/answers/
- Clicking Job Architecture will take you to https://apps.skyhive.ai/jobs/
