New Features

Added: Export Employee Excel File - More Data

When downloading the Employee Data Export Excel file, we have included the following fields:

Last skill update date [format MM/DD/YYYY] (Self-assessment)

Added: External Candidates - Out of Country Option 

For each job posting, a new setting has been added under Additional Information (Compensation section)

"Willing to sponsor work permit/visa for out of country candidates"

When OFF (unchecked), matching should not show candidates from outside the country where the job is located.

When ON (checked), the current matching algorithm remains intact.

Added: Hide Add New Job Junction

If organizations leverage other software to post internal jobs, we have now allowed for the ability to hide the Add Job function from our UI. 

When hidden, the Add New Job and Import Jobs functionality will be greyed out and unable to use along with anywhere else this functionality exists on Enterprise. 

Improvements

Improved: Email Duplication Error 

Previously: When an Admin + added a user with an existing email address or edited an existing user, a message would be displayed stating, "Something's gone wrong."

Unfortunately, this message was vague and did not indicate precisely the problem.

Currently: The message returned is based on the error identified.

Improved: Updating Date Hired 

Admin users can now modify the date hired field within an employee profile.

Step 1: The Admin selects the employee, followed by the Edit button within General Settings.

Step 2: At the bottom, update the Date Hired field and select Save.

Note: Employees will see Date Hired greyed out when admitting to Edit their details.

Important Note: Exporting Employee & Job Data

As a new temporary safeguard for mass data bulk downloading, we have disabled the download setting for Download to Excel.

Please contact your Customer Value Specialist or Account Manager if you need this information.

Added: New Salary Data 

Market Salary Range data is now available from the following countries:

• Canada
• UK
• Australia
• India
• South Africa
• Ireland

Note: This salary data is only available at the country level for the ones listed above. 

Improvements 

Improved: Skills To Train > Find Training

Under Match to Position, users can select Find Training under Skills to Train without selecting a three-dot menu first.

This offers clarity in searching for relevant training courses to close skill gaps. 

Improved: Training Cards | Launch Training 

When a user is assigned training or approved training, the link will now say, "Launch Training" instead of "Training Web Page" or "Internal Course."

Fix: Relabelled "Credentials" as "Certificats" in French

If a user has Francais as their language of preference, Credentials as been relabelled to "Certificats"
