Why might I get a low match to my position?
Hi,
I have 20+ experienced skill from the recommended skills, but I'm still getting a low match to my position, what could be the reasons?

Glad to see that you're able to add so many skills from our skills suggestion engine.
The Match to Position algorithm takes in various data points from your Skills profile and compares that to your organization's definition of your job position and skill requirements. To visualize your skills gap to the position, you can proceed to your Profile and under Skills section, select "Match to Position" (screenshot below). In this section, it will help you understand the Skills you have, Partial Skills, and Skills to Train based on your Job Position.
Hopefully this help you identify where your skill gaps are and how you can best train and increase the match to your position!
