Skill Specialization - Find Talent For Projects!

Permanently deleted user

Our Skills Specialization module gives you the ability to search for talent based off of a pool of chosen skills. This can be helpful in many ways, and one of them is to search for employees with a set of valuable skills for your projects and initiatives.

For example, say you want to find an individual to lead an internal onboarding session, with a specific set of skills that include enthusiasm and comfort presenting in front of crowds. You can create a Skill Specialization to find an employee who could take on the project.

Simply (1) name your project, (2) add a detailed description of what the project entails

and then (3) add the skills you're looking for!

When you're done, you can then start a comparison to find employees within your organization who match for the skills required for the project. From there, you can reach out to them and lead your project into success! In the below example, Austin, Steve, and John would all be great matches. The Skills Match indicates their percentage match for skills and proficiency compared to your project skills requirements.

    Thank you for sharing, Carol!

One of the reasons for workforce disengagement in employees is the lack of interesting work. Skills Specialization can be a powerful tool for managers who are looking to engage employees in projects opportunities beyond their titles and daily tasks.
