Skill Specialization - New Feature, What is it ?

We introduced Skills Specialization in February 2023 and want you to get to know what you can do with it. Give it a look under the Training and Development tab.

 Skill Specialization is an tool allowing you to determine the most business-critical skills specialties needed (For example: upskilling managers in leadership) to then upskill your personnel on these business-critical areas. From there, you can curate training plans to guide reskilling for employees that fall into those area for a long term to come!
